2021. Google Business Messages - Chat with customers from Google Search and Maps

2018. Google Ads adds offline shopper report based on Google My Business data

Google Ads will give advertisers who have linked their My Business and AdWords accounts the ability to receive an expanded report on visits to their offline stores.
