2020. Creatio expanded its partner management system

Creatio has added new PRM (Partner Relationship Management) functionality. It includes a out-of-box partner portal, flexible partner program settings, personalized price lists, partner fund management, end-to-end processes for automating joint marketing and sales, and a low-code platform for flexible customization of the system's functionality based on the company's goals and objectives. Terrasoft has changed its strict business process name, bpm'online, to the freer, more creative Creatio. It features a completely updated business process designer, a new sales page with a single-window interface, and a marketing calendar that simplifies planning complex campaigns and analyzing their results. Additionally, a new approach to the system interface has been implemented, focusing users on key data and subsequent actions for a lead, sale, or request. Functionality has been enhanced with a special connector for working with contacts, sales, activities, and other information from bpm’online within Microsoft Outlook, and the mobile app features a corporate feed and scheduling improvements.

The application enables comprehensive analysis of various stages of the sales process and evaluates the effectiveness of interactions with each client. The solution includes tools for analyzing the customer base, potential deal funnel, accepted orders, their payment and fulfillment, including structural analysis of data for any period, dynamics and seasonality of indicator changes over time, as well as assortment, ABC-XYZ rating, and Pareto analysis across a variety of analytical perspectives.
2015. bpm'online 7.5: new Designer and tools for sales planning
Terrasoft has released a major update to its SaaS platform bpm’online 7.5. Firstly, it features a new global Designer – a settings module where you can customize virtually everything, from the interface style to processes and access rights. Accordingly, customization options have also been significantly expanded. For example, a wizard for configuring a mobile application has been added. Secondly, a customer support system, bpm’online customer service, has been added, with an original pricing scheme – per request. The bpm’online sales sales management system now includes tools for contract management, sales planning, and plan-to-actual comparison.
