2026. Publicis acquires AI platform for customer analysis LiveRamp



French advertising holding Publicis Groupe acquired LiveRamp for $2.2 billion. The company believes that data and AI infrastructure will become key tools in the advertising and corporate markets in the coming years. LiveRamp specializes in aggregating and analyzing customer data for brands, retailers, and media companies. The platform works with more than 25,000 publishing domains and collaborates with hundreds of technology partners worldwide. Its technologies enable companies to securely exchange data and use it for advertising, analytics, and business process automation. Publicis plans to integrate LiveRamp with its assets – the Epsilon platform, the Publicis consulting division Sapient, and its internal AI system Marcel.


2025. Salesforce to acquire cloud data management platform Informatica



Salesforce is acquiring cloud-based AI data management platform Informatica for $8 billion.
