2025. LinkedIn Adds Free AI Recruiting Tools



LinkedIn has introduced a free version of its AI recruiting toolset designed for small businesses. Hiring Assistant helps find qualified candidates and filter applications. Recruiters can upload job descriptions, and the tool will automatically search for and compile a list of suitable candidates. It also provides feedback on candidates throughout the hiring process. You don't need to be a paid LinkedIn user to use the basic version of the AI ​​tool. LinkedIn has also developed an AI tool for job seekers.
