After replying, the client will receive a regular email with your signature at the end. CRM integration has also been added for automatic data transfer between services. This integration allows you to automatically transfer customer contacts from Chaport to CRM and vice versa, create deals, and transfer conversation texts. The update also includes improved assignment rules, hotkeys, and other features.
