2024. Chaport added email integration



Chaport, a customer communication service, has released an update. One of the most important new features is email integration, which allows you to reply to customer email-messages directly from the Chaport app. Messages sent by email will be listed alongside other chats. After replying, the client will receive a regular email with your signature at the end. CRM integration has also been added for automatic data transfer between services. This integration allows you to automatically transfer customer contacts from Chaport to CRM and vice versa, create deals, and transfer conversation texts. The update also includes improved assignment rules, hotkeys, and other features.


2021. Chaport now features chat ratings and advanced reports



Live chat service for websites Chaport has added new features that allow companies to track customer satisfaction and agent productivity. With the new "Chat Ratings" feature, agents can send customers a survey asking them to rate the chat to determine their satisfaction with the response. Customers can rate the chat using one of five emojis. The reports section has also been updated. Users can now view detailed statistics for each agent for any period. Improved reports on the number of chats, auto-invites, and agent work time have been added, and new reports on chatbots, chat ratings, and agent response times have been added.


2019. Chaport implemented integration with Viber



Chaport, a service that provides an online consultant for communicating with clients on the website, has released an integration with Viber. This update allows you to answer client questions received via Viber directly from Chaport. To enable the Viber integration, go to Settings → Integrations in your Chaport account and connect Chaport to the Viber bot.


2019. Chaport integrates with Facebook and Telegram



Chaport, a website chat service, now allows to answer customer questions in Facebook Messenger and Telegram directly from its interface. To integrate with these channels, go to Settings → Integrations and connect Chaport to your Facebook business page or Telegram bot. In your Chaport account, operators will see which channel the message was sent from: the channel icon will appear next to the visitor's avatar. After opening the chat, "Facebook" / "Telegram" will appear under the visitor's name. The channel the customer is sending from will also be displayed in the "Website" field in the "Visitor Information" section on the right.
