HelpCrunch announced significant enhancements to its AI bot, which can start responding to customers via chat on a website. Instead of relying on a single source of truth, the bot now uses up to five relevant data sources to generate the most accurate response. These sources include articles from your knowledge base and its own responses. Furthermore, the developers carefully trained the AI agents to better stay on topic: they now more accurately focus on information that directly corresponds to the request, with fewer unnecessary details. The bot now uses simpler, more understandable language and better follows your settings, such as response language, communication style, business rules, and priorities. You can configure these in the Advanced section of your AI agent's settings.
