Using this report, you can decide which products should always be kept in stock and which should be on order. Category A products have low sales volume but high value. These products generate the most revenue and should always be in stock. Category B products have medium volume and medium value. Category C products have high volume and low value. Periodic stock-outs can be tolerated for these products. The default category thresholds are taken from the "ABC Analysis Setup" page. You can override the thresholds on the request page each time you run the report.

A year ago, SAP ERP introduced built-in AI chat assistant Joule. Now, the company is adding AI agents to work alongside it – highly specialized virtual experts (in HR, finance, procurement, marketing, etc.) that can autonomously perform specific tasks and even complex business processes consisting of several steps. And most importantly, they can interact with each other. These agents can work under the supervision of employees, but don't always require direct human intervention. For example, resolving a payment refund dispute, which typically involves forwarding messages between departments, correcting invoice errors, or analyzing payment rejections. Joule will soon be able to perform all of these tasks autonomously.

Following the Bing search engine, Edge browser, and Skype and Teams messaging apps, a GPT-4-based neural network called Copilot has become available in the Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP system. It automates certain repetitive sales and service tasks. For example, Copilot can help you write email responses to customers and send sales team meeting summaries in Teams via Outlook. In Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Copilot can create "contextual responses" to customer inquiries via chat or email and provide "live chat" for customer service agents that draws on the knowledge base and case history.
