2020. Wrike added AI to project management



Project management service Wrike has released a new version, that's adding several AI tools to help save time and improve work efficiency. The company used a massive database generated by its 2 million users to train its neural networks. Wrike can now predict potential delays and warn managers about missed deadlines, automatically prioritize messages and tasks, understand voice commands (via Siri), and suggest phrase completions in messages (similar to GMail, but currently only in English). Text recognition is also now available: you can now scan a document and attach the text to a task.


2019. Wrike integrated with Marketo Engage



Wrike, a project management system, has joined Marketo Launchpoint, Adobe's partner program, with the recent announcement of Wrike Marketing Performance. The partnership expands the integrated campaign management capabilities marketing teams need to achieve strategic goals. The Wrike and Marketo Engage integration enables campaign development, execution, and improvement, as well as insights by connecting effort and performance data within a single Wrike platform.


2017. Wrike integrates with Microsoft Outlook actionable messages



Project management system Wrike has expanded its integration with Microsoft Office 365. It now includes support for actionable messages in Outlook. This integration allows users to update task content (including due dates, statuses, and comments) directly from the email client interface. Wrike also launched the Office 365 Connector, which automatically notifies all participants in Outlook and MS Teams group chats of any work updates. By the end of the quarter, the company plans to release an updated version of the Outlook plugin, which will make creating new tasks from emails even easier. Wrike previously introduced integration with MS Teams Messenger, as well as an add-in for Word and PowerPoint, allowing users to create and edit tasks from these applications.


2017. Wrike's new feature makes it easier to work with video content


Wrike for Marketers has added a new feature - video approval - that simplifies video content production. Approval now allows you to collect and apply feedback not only on graphic layouts and documents, but also on video content. Wrike provides a single location for storing videos, a convenient tool for requesting comments from clients or managers, and quick access to received recommendations. Users can annotate videos with timestamps, use text and image highlighting tools, and instantly make necessary edits to videos thanks to integration with Adobe Premiere. Video approval eliminates last-minute changes.


2015. Wrike for Android gets Inbox feature.



Wrike's Android app for project management and team collaboration system, has been updated. The main new feature is the Inbox feature, which allows you to quickly sort through the flood of incoming messages about tasks in progress. Every day, employees receive numerous notifications about work progress, new tasks, and other work-related messages. This can be time-consuming, and there's a high risk of missing something important. Wrike solved this problem with the Inbox feature. Now, the most relevant messages, such as requests to employees and notifications about new tasks, are always at the top of the list. The messages themselves are now presented as cards, allowing you to understand the gist of the message without even opening it. After reading a message, you can archive it with a single tap.


2013. Wrike released enterprise version with advanced analytics and employee monitoring

One of the advantages of the well-known project management service Wrike is its extensive functionality for document collaboration. Now, in addition to the existing integrations with Google Drive and Dropbox, a new one has been added – with the equally popular service Box. This allows users to directly attach files from Box to tasks in Wrike and collaborate on them online, while all project documents are conveniently organized in a single workspace. An additional benefit for those who use the mobile versions of Wrike and Box is the ability to attach files to tasks directly from their smartphone.
