Mantis
MantisBT is a free popular web-based bugtracking system (feature list). It is written in the PHP scripting language and works with MySQL, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL databases and a webserver. MantisBT has been installed on Windows, Linux, Mac OS, OS/2, and others. Almost any web browser should be able to function as a client. It is released under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL).

The new version Mantis Bug Tracker 2.0 has been released, featuring a modern Bootstrap-based user interface. Its responsive design allows for easy access to the bug tracker from mobile devices. FontAwesome icons have been replaced with images, speeding up loading times. Additionally, the developers have implemented drag-and-drop file attachments for attaching files to issues, modern analytical charts using Chartjs for a more attractive, interactive, and easily customizable chart appearance, and the ability to display attachments directly in notes. Most plugins have been updated to be compatible with the modern user interface.
