26.04.26. Meta AI Business Assistant Now Available Globally



Meta has launched its Meta AI assistant for all advertisers on Facebook and Instagram. Available in the Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Center and Instagram content promotion, this chatbot helps you optimize your ad campaigns. It provides personalized recommendations, helpful insights, and quick support. For example, you can ask it "Show me my overall performance trend this week" or "Help me improve my campaign creative." Using the Meta AI business assistant and opportunity scoring, advertisers can make more informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and improve business results.


2021. Facebook launches ads in Instagram Reels



Instagram Reels (the TikTok alternative) is getting sponsored video ads. Instagram Reels ads will look just like other videos - full-screen, looping, and up to 30 seconds long. They will appear between other clips in the advertiser's account and be tagged "sponsored." The ads will launch in all 80 countries where Instagram Reels is officially available. A day earlier, Facebook announced its first major ad placement in the Oculus virtual reality mobile app.


2019. Instagram allows advertisers to promote branded blogger posts



Instagram has introduce a new advertising format called Branded Content Ads. It will allow advertisers to promote posts they've paid bloggers to create. Companies will now be able to promote these posts on behalf of the creators in users' feeds. For the new format, users will be able to choose one of the campaign objectives: increasing reach, brand awareness, video views, traffic, or engagement. As with other formats, the effectiveness of Branded Content Ads can be measured using Instagram tools. Advertisers will not be able to edit branded posts or moderate comments.
