CRM/ERP system OneBox continues to develop its artificial intelligence capabilities. We previously reported that this system had learned to independently hire and fire people if they were underperforming. And the new version OneBox Next (to be released at the end of the year) will be able to independently select clients from a cold contact database, communicate with them (offer products/services, answer questions), make decisions, and generate and resolve tasks on behalf of company employees. Moreover, the system learns from previous experience and becomes increasingly efficient. At least that's what the developers promise. They say they are already using the new version themselves, and it's working fine.
