2021. Odoo 15 improved lead management, newsletters and website builder
New version of the open-source server-based business management system for local networks, Odoo 15, has been released. In addition to new features for accounting, document management, and human resources, the system has enhanced its CRM and marketing modules. A smart lead distribution mechanism, duplicate lead detection, sales forecasting, and Outlook and GMail connectors have been implemented to centralize customer communication. Emails can now be scheduled directly from the calendar, and A/B testing of emails is now possible. The email template editor has been improved. YouTube and Instagram are now available for social marketing channels. A smart website and online store configurator with new, more modern themes has been added.
