2025. Deskie updated its Emoji panel

Customer support service Deskie has updated its emoji library, added new features and optimized the dashboard, making it more user-friendly for agents and improving customer communication. Nearly 500 new icons have been added, along with a search function (you can now find emoji by keyword in both English and Turkish). The editor now displays the emoji itself, not their codes. Emoji are now available in macros and rule actions. The list of recently used emoji has been expanded to 18. Agents and administrators have separate "Recently Used" lists. However, the same list is used within a single account, even if you log in from a different browser or device.
2021. Freshdesk integrated with WhatsApp

The Freshdesk helpdesk system now offers free integration with WhatsApp. Previously, using the popular messenger was a paid add-on, but now, with the Pro and Enterprise plans, you can link up to 10 WhatsApp numbers for free. This isn't the only improvement to working with WhatsApp—numbers from any country can now be linked, allowing you to support clients worldwide. The integration setup page has also been simplified and simplified.

The developers of the popular helpdesk system HelpDeskEddy have launched their own marketplace, which already offers dozens of apps for their platform. Customer service app Zendesk unveiled a new product Zendesk Explore that provides analytics to measure and understand the entire customer experience. With Zendesk Explore, you get instant access to the customer analytics that matter—and the deeper understanding of your customers and business that comes with it. It's taking data from Zendesk’s myriad tools or third-party systems like customer data in Salesforce, buying history in Shopify or web analytics from Google Analytics and pulling it all together into one central place. It can deliver this information, regardless of role to get a much fuller view of the customer than you can get with bits of information trapped inside application silos.
