2023. PipeDrive CRM Improves Sales Process Automation



Estonian CRM system PipeDrive has added new features to its automation tool, allowing users to easily design, configure and implement automated tasks. Users can now share their automation rules with each other, allowing experienced team members to quickly transfer their work to newer team members. Ownership of an automation rule can also be transferred. This is useful when the rule creator is unavailable and changes are needed. Furthermore, PipeDrive now allows sales managers to set up automations that adapt sequences based on specific email activities, such as recipient clicks or message replies. A new automation list view simplifies the process of finding workflows, allowing salespeople to filter, search, sort, and categorize them using special labels. An administrator view provides administrator users with a complete overview of workflows owned by other team members.


2022. Estonian ERP for small business Katana raised $34M



Katana, Estonian platform for managing inventory for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, has raised an impressive $34 million in funding. Katana automates a variety of a company's business processes, from marketing and risk management to supply chain management and more. It's an ERP system with ready-made integrations for many of the most common tools a manufacturer might use, including e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify and WooCommerce), accounting systems (such as QuickBooks and Xero), shipping management systems, CRM and many others. Together, these various integrations can help a manufacturer predict their future inventory needs based on historical or real-time sales data, for example, to ensure they don't run out of inventory or parts. 2022. Resolve CRM - Estonian CRM for real estate agencies



Resolve CRM is a popular online software in Estonia for selling real estate and development projects. It contains a database of properties, history of events for each, client database, leads and their preferences. Resolve users can (without programming knowledge) create a ready-made real estate agency website and immediately launch their core business, saving significant time and money. It also supports connection to real estate portals for searching and posting ads. The program starts at €10 per month.

2015. Pipedrive CRM Raises $9 Million



Pipedrive, an Estonian company offering a cloud-based sales management system for small businesses, has raised a $9 million Series A round. The round was led by American venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Paua Ventures, Rembrandt Venture Partners, and AngelPad. Pipedrive was founded in 2010. The service offers a CRM for small businesses with sales funnel visualization. It currently has over 10,000 paying customers (small businesses). Pipedrive employs 77 people in the US and Estonia. The proceeds from the round will be used to attract employees for further development of the system and its customer base.
