2021. Messaggio updated template builder for WhatsApp bulk messaging



Messaggio, a service for sending bulk messages via SMS and IM, has improved its WhatsApp template builder. Now you can create templates not only based on text and image layout, but also add buttons, files, videos, and geolocation. You can also configure message delivery at the best time. Messaggio determines the best time to send a message based on the subscriber's accumulated message history. The system takes into account delivery to a particular channel, read speed, and link clicks. If the best time delivery option is enabled for a message, the message will not be delivered immediately, but at the best time within 24 hours. If there is no information on subscriber activity, the message will be delivered immediately after sending.


2021. Messagio adds A/B testing to its direct marketing service



The new A/B testing tool in Messaggio allows to test hypotheses and find effective message templates. To run an A/B test, create two templates and specify the percentage of randomly selected contacts to receive template A and template B. Template recipients will be evenly selected from groups and formed into mailing lists with the suffixes A and B at the end of their names. Each of the two created mailing lists can be launched manually or scheduled. Implementation will allow you to test message elements—headlines, text, images, buttons—and find mailing list templates that receive the highest response rates. The service also features a new User Activity History section. The event chronology is displayed for both the Account Owner and Managers. You can view account activity for a specific period, optionally filtering by user or personal account section.
