If you say that SugarCRM - is a free CRM itself and you'll be half right. Because there is a free version - SugarCRM Community Edition and paid version (or rather three paid versions: Pro, Enterprise, Ultimate). Compared with paid versions, the Community-edition lacks some important features, primarily - reports, mobile apps, user access control, integrations with Office and other applications.
