2012. Kerio Launches Cloud-Based Kerio Connect

Kerio has developed an original approach to providing cloud services in collaboration with partners. They launched their own cloud (Kerio Cloud), but the Kerio applications hosted on it will only be sold through partners. This means that a partner can create a virtual server on the Kerio infrastructure, install and configure an application, and rent it to a client for a fee (approximately $10 per user per month). The first application available in this cloud is the Kerio Connect corporate mail server (or rather, its new version Kerio Connect 8). Incidentally, this new version features a completely redesigned Kerio WebMail web interface, new spam protection technology, and the ability to administer the server from an iPad. A local version of Kerio Connect remains available.
