Estonian online accounting service SmartAccounts now offers two pricing plans – Starter and Pro. The Starter plan is designed for new businesses, while the Pro plan is for active companies with higher demands on software functionality. The Pro plan includes several enhancements that help both entrepreneurs and accountants optimize their daily workflows. Specifically, it features automatic reminders for unpaid invoices, convenient purchase invoice preview, expense allocation (which allows for automatic allocation entries in the general ledger). The Pro plan also allows you to upload files up to 10 MB to the "Pending Purchases" page and easily copy and paste information from a document during data entry. Additionally, the Pro plan includes API access, allowing you to connect SmartAccounts to a cost management solution.

Accounting service Knopka has entered the Armenian market and plans further expansion. The service's specialists handle bookkeeping, resolve legal issues, manage current accounts, and fulfill client orders. Knopka's functionality includes accounting, tax, and personnel records; reporting to government agencies; management accounting; legal support; and assistance with business tasks: finding suppliers and contractors, working with banks, preparing tender documentation, and much more. Services can be purchased as a package or limited to accounting only. The service also plans to launch online accounting in Kazakhstan and Georgia, but only if the launch in Armenia is successful. The company currently employs approximately 200 people.
Contabilizare can now print timesheets

A new version of the Contabilizare 4.0.128 accounting system has been released on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. It features a new printable form for the Timesheet. This printable form is generated from the Timesheet Registrar document. The reason for absence and the number of days are populated based on data from the Absences tab or the Absence Registration document (at the User's discretion). To enter the full name of the Human Resources Service employee in the Timesheet Registrar document, the option to specify an Employee with the Human Resources Service type has been added to the Responsible Persons tab. Also, in accordance with Order No. 11 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection dated November 12, 2021, a new job catalog CORM 006-2021 was approved and added to the Contabilizare 4.0 solution.
