Gliffy, like MS Office Visio, is a tool for drawing various diagrams, charts, interfaces, plans, etc. It also has a large library of objects (blocks, shapes, images, etc.) and they can be connected with lines or arrows, which move when the blocks are moved. Gliffy is no way inferior to Visio in capabilities; in fact, its developers apparently copied everything from Visio, so there are no significant differences in functionality between these competitors. While Gliffy's advantage over Visio is its free single-user version and the ability to collaborate on diagrams online in real time (with access control). Furthermore, unlike Visio, this service has a version control system that, like in a wiki, allows you to view changes and roll back versions.
