2024. Workday acquired Evisort - AI-based contract management platform



Workday announced the acquisition of Evisort, a platform that uses artificial intelligence for contract management. This is Workday's latest acquisition in the AI ​​space, following its acquisition of the analytics firm Identified in 2014. In 2018, Workday also acquired the startup SkipFlag, which created a knowledge base automatically generated from internal employee communications.
