2022. Novapay opened office in Vilnius



Ukrainian fintech company Novapay (a subsidiary of Nova Poshta) has opened a new office in Lithuania. According to the company, Novapay aims to create financial products not only for Ukrainians but also for other European countries – which is why they opened an office in Vilnius. The company offers both online and offline financial products to individuals and businesses. Specifically, NovaPay facilitates payments to Nova Poshta, delivers money transfers within Ukraine and from abroad, accepts utility and other payments, and provides online acquiring for businesses.


2022. Revolut launched its online payment processing service - Revolut Pay.



British fintech service Revolut plans to compete with PayPal and Apple Pay in online acquiring. The company has launched Revolut Pay. Online store platforms Shopify and Prestashop, as well as major online gift sellers WH Smith and Funky Pigeon, have already signed up. Revolut Pay partners will receive funds within 24 hours, which is significantly faster than many competitors. Revolut will charge retailers a 1% commission. Purchases can be paid for with cards from any bank.


2015. Yandex.Kassa to accept payments in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Latvia



Russian online retailers can now accept online payments from customers in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Latvia using Yandex.Checkout, the payment solution from Yandex.Money. The new payment method will allow customers in these countries to pay for orders in cash at local terminals and bank branches. To pay for an online purchase, customers must provide a mobile phone number and email address, which will receive a text message containing a payment code. Customers simply enter the code at the terminal and deposit cash. They will then receive a payment confirmation email. Online stores can also set up other payment methods, such as e-wallets and bank cards.
