2020. Standard Books is now available in Latvia

Standard Books, the business management and accounting software from the Estonian company Excellent, is now available to companies in Latvia. According to the developers, many Estonian companies (users of the system) also operate in Latvia and have long wanted their Latvian subsidiaries to be able to manage their operations there using Standard Books. Nearly 200 companies in Latvia already use the larger part of the same business software family, Standard ERP. Naturally, Standard ERP and Standard Books in Latvia are natively Latvian and utilize all the features and modules developed in Estonia. Excellent has four partner companies in Latvia that assist with implementation and ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent has also launched a Latvian-language website.
2008. SystemGroup will offer ERP-based solutions for the automotive and retail industries
SystemGroup announced a partnership agreement with Latvian company Elva Baltic, a developer of automotive and retail solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system. Under this agreement, SystemGroup will become the exclusive supplier of the specialized Elva DMS product in Ukraine. The system includes all the necessary functionality for managing vehicle and spare parts procurement and sales, service organization, and dispatching. Elva DMS has already been implemented and is successfully used by several car dealers of well-known brands, including Volvo, Renault, Mitsubishi, Škoda and Dacia, both in Latvia and throughout Europe.
2007. Willenbrock Latvia implements HansaWorld Enterprise
Willenbrock Latvia, a company that sells, leases and services trucks from the German Linde, began operations in the Baltic region in late 2006. In addition to its representative office in Latvia, the company also has offices in Lithuania and Estonia. When selecting an ERP system to manage its growing business, the company considered Microsoft Dynamics NAV, HansaWorld Enterprise, and a German-developed system. HansaWorld Enterprise is an integrated ERP/CRM system that supports web access and mobile solutions. In addition to standard features, the system also offers industry-specific extensions. Willenbrock Latvia intends to use the system to automate its business processes in financial management, sales, customer relations, rental accounting, and service. The company plans to leverage the system's ability to collaborate with offices in other countries via a remote interface that supports multiple languages.
2007. Erich Krause's Latvian branch has implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX
LANIT, a leading IT services provider in Russia and the CIS, completed the rollout of a Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP solution for a distribution company at the Erich Krause branch in Latvia in four months. Microsoft Dynamics AX was chosen as a solution capable of meeting the requirements of a modern, dynamically developing group of companies. During the rollout, the technologies and business processes previously implemented at the Russian distribution company were successfully transferred to the Latvian branch. The entire solution was adapted for operation in Latvia: primary documents for Latvia, specific forms in Latvian, and developed modifications were translated into English.
