2007. DocsVision implemented in Estonian company Eesti Põlevkivi

A project to implement the Docsvision system at Eesti Põlevkivi, an Estonian company engaged in the development of oil shale deposits, has been completed. In March 2006, the company's management decided to implement the Docsvision document and business process management system. A contract for 50 system licenses was signed with Digital Design, and Eesti Põlevkivi specialists carried out the implementation and configuration themselves. During the project, a knowledge base for the development department and an archive of company information in printed publications were created and maintained. A business process was used to automate the registration of incoming invoices, including visualization of the order of these documents within the company and integration with Dynamics AX using the Docsvision software gateway. To maintain a unified customer database independent of the application, the company's Supplier and Client directories were synchronized with the corresponding Docsvision directory.
