Estonian CRM provider Pipedrive has acquired the Latvian email marketing automation service Mailigen. The companies plan to spend the next few months working on product integration. This is the first acquisition in the history of Pipedrive. The main idea of the purchase is to integrate Mailigen solutions for e-marketing into Pipedrive CRM. Both Pipedrive and Mailigen were founded in the Baltic states in 2010 and have come a long way since then. Mailigen has raised a modest funding of 295K euros and currently employs 22 people at its headquarters in Riga. 2015. Navicon implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 in Latvia's Norvik Banka.
Systems integrator Navicon completed a CRM implementation project at the Latvian bank Norvik Banka. Over the course of five months, the bank developed and implemented a customer relationship management system based on the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015. The choice of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 as the CRM platform was based on both the solution's technological capabilities and Navicon's accumulated positive experience using this platform to create CRM systems at banks and financial institutions. Over the course of five months, Navicon specialists, working with the bank's employees, adapted the system, integrated it with Norvik Banka's automated information system, deployed it on the customer's equipment, and conducted a pilot operation. The project was completed in August. The system is currently in full production use, with 60 Norvik Banka employees using it.
