2025. Lua CRM gets AI assistant

Armenian CRM system Lua CRM now features an AI assistant that helps automate daily workflows, instantly access analytical data, generate reports and utilize a variety of tools for managing clients, projects, finances and inventory. Since the system includes a website builder, the AI assistant is useful for generating content, creating pages (HTML code), forms and interfaces. The AI automatically translates content into multiple languages, preserving context and cultural relevance.
2022. ONLYOFFICE opens office in Yerevan

Ascensio Systems, Latvian IT company behind the ONLYOFFICE service, has decided to establish an independent company in Yerevan focused on customer service and training. The company helps clients worldwide, from small local businesses to large enterprises and government agencies, successfully implement and use ONLYOFFICE products. ONLYOFFCE is an open-source office suite launched 12 years ago and has grown into a family of office applications, including CRM, email, calendar, project management, online editing for text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and online forms. It is integrated into over 30 popular platforms, including Nextcloud, ownCloud, Jira, Redmine and SharePoint, and is used as a component in hundreds of enterprise services and web applications.
2020. Armenian VTB Bank implemented Microsoft CRM
VTB Bank (Armenia)'s Contact Center will now service its clients using the CRM Dynamics 365. The new system, which the Bank launched in July 2020, will improve the efficiency of the customer service process by continuously analyzing customer data and storing the entire history of customer interactions. This will allow for faster and more efficient handling of customer inquiries, identifying the client before connecting with a Contact Center representative and ensuring personalized service. The implementation of the latest Dynamics 365 CRM system also provides VTB Bank (Armenia) clients with the ability to receive answers to their questions through an automated IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system, opening up new 24/7 customer self-service options for the Bank. Furthermore, after each call, clients are given the opportunity to rate the service provided by the representative and, if desired, leave their opinion or suggestion via voice message. This will allow the Bank to continuously monitor, analyze, and improve the quality of customer service and develop new products and services based on customer suggestions.

2008. Terrasoft Consulting is changing the philosophy of working with clients of one of Armenia's largest banks
Comprehensive CRM project is underway at ArmimpexBank (Ameriabank), one of Armenia's largest banks. The project began after the Terrasoft Group won a tender among 13 bidders, in which the bank considered CRM solutions from all leading vendors, including international developments. In addition to criteria related to the CRM system's functionality, the qualifications and professionalism of the business consulting and implementation team were also taken into account when selecting a vendor. The Terrasoft Consulting division has now completed its work on the project and Terrasoft CRM is being implemented. The collaboration between Terrasoft Consulting consultants and Ameriabank employees resulted in the creation of a unique, comprehensive CRM model encompassing client, product, process, and analytical blocks. The implementation team is currently actively working on the remaining stages of the Ameriabank project, including implementing and adapting the software to the bank's needs, integrating with other information systems used by the bank, and training employees on how to use the system.
