2022. Contabilizare can now print timesheets



A new version of the Contabilizare 4.0.128 accounting system has been released on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. It features a new printable form for the Timesheet. This printable form is generated from the Timesheet Registrar document. The reason for absence and the number of days are populated based on data from the Absences tab or the Absence Registration document (at the User's discretion). To enter the full name of the Human Resources Service employee in the Timesheet Registrar document, the option to specify an Employee with the Human Resources Service type has been added to the Responsible Persons tab. Also, in accordance with Order No. 11 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection dated November 12, 2021, a new job catalog CORM 006-2021 was approved and added to the Contabilizare 4.0 solution.


2022. Elemento - Moldovan cloud accounting service



Elemento is the first online accounting software in Moldova. It allows to manage the accounting records of several companies with different types of activities and generate legally required reports. The accounting calendar will remind you of deadlines for submitting various documents and reports. The program includes essential document templates (contracts, orders, letters, requests, etc.). You can also create your own corporate invoice with your logo, seal, and signature. You can send documents by email with one click, directly from the program. The service starts at 300 lei per month.


2022. Contabilizare 5.0 - New Accounting System for Moldova on Clouds.md



1C-based Contabilizare 5.0 configuration is now available not only for download and installation on your computer, but also for rent on Clouds.md. The developers offer various plans to meet the needs of any business, from a startup with a few employees to a large enterprise. The minimum plan is 290 lei per month (1 workstation, 1GB of disk space). The advantage of working online is that 1C is available in the cloud in a secure data center, 24/7, without the costs of purchasing 1C licenses, a server, or other hassles.

2021. Moldovan service Clouds.MD offers accounting and ERP from the cloud



Contabilizare, the developer of the 1C-based accounting and enterprise management system of the same name, has launched a cloud service Clouds.MD, which provides the system on an online rental basis. Cloud functionality is almost completely identical to the local (desktop) version of Contabilizare 4.0. One of the key features is that Clouds.md can host custom ERP databases, customized by Contabilizare programmers. This is important because, when implementing the Contabilizare ERP system based on 1C, it is often customized to suit the specifics of an organization. The cost of one workstation of Contabilizare 4.0 — ERP system in the Clouds.md cloud infrastructure is 290 lei per month.
