Lithuanian website builder Site.pro has introduced its own online accounting system for small business and self-employed individuals. It's simple and user-friendly, allows you to learn accounting as you go and can sync with external systems, cash registers, online store platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce), e-commerce portals (eBay, Amazon, Etsy), and, of course, with the native Site.pro website builder. It also features automatic invoice recognition (including custom ones), invoicing with your logo and modules for accounting for manufacturing, trade, services and other companies. Different access rights can be configured for different users (accountant, CEO, employees). The developers claim the service is suitable for various types of businesses and countries.


2022. PayTraq - simple and effective online accounting from Latvia



PayTraq developers claim that this cloud-based accounting system has everything small business needs. You'll get full automation of sales, purchasing, inventory control, bookkeeping, fixed assets, financial loans and payroll. All financial data and documents are securely stored in the cloud and are always accessible online. PayPal and credit card support are built-in. PayTraq automatically creates all payment accounting entries, eliminating the need for manual entry. 2021. SimplBooks adds business trip reports



Estonian cloud accounting system SimplBooks now supports the entry of business trip reports. This convenient way to enter travel-related per diems and other travel-related expense documents is similar to expense reports. Expense reports for accountable persons are also now available. Expense reports are used when a business owner, board member, or employee makes purchases on behalf of the company using their personal funds. Receipts can be conveniently entered as expense reports, and these expenses can be reimbursed from the company account based on these receipts. Any company employee can be an accountable person. Similar to business trip reports, travel-related expenses can be entered in SimplBooks. The current tax-exempt rate in Estonia is 335 euros per calendar month. The basis for reimbursement is the same travel diary.

2021. Moneo integrated with the expense tracking system CostPocket



When working with numerous and varied receipts digitized with the CostPocket expense accounting system, different companies use different data processing tools. By considering how documents are received by accounting and how they are processed, you can find the most suitable solution for your workflow. Latvian accounting system Moneo now allows to automate this process. For the most frequently used expense types/vendors, specify the "Expense" account in the contact card, and it will be automatically added to both incoming documents and the created invoice/advance. Accounting invoices will be more easily added to other expenses in incoming records if you import images (not PDFs); they will be displayed in the preview and do not need to be downloaded to open.


2020. Standard Books is now available in Latvia



Standard Books, the business management and accounting software from the Estonian company Excellent, is now available to companies in Latvia. According to the developers, many Estonian companies (users of the system) also operate in Latvia and have long wanted their Latvian subsidiaries to be able to manage their operations there using Standard Books. Nearly 200 companies in Latvia already use the larger part of the same business software family, Standard ERP. Naturally, Standard ERP and Standard Books in Latvia are natively Latvian and utilize all the features and modules developed in Estonia. Excellent has four partner companies in Latvia that assist with implementation and ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent has also launched a Latvian-language website.
