2021. 3CX integrated with Creatio



OmniLine has developed an integration between 3CX and Creatio, available on the Terrasoft marketplace. Synchronizing your 3CX address book with data from the Creatio CRM system allows you to quickly find phone numbers of contacts and contact them. When an incoming call comes in, employees will see all the caller information. Calls from unknown numbers are no less interesting and important, as they may represent new targeted leads and require additional processing. If a missed call occurs, employees will immediately see who exactly called, which is especially important for forwarded calls or when using 3CX on smartphones.


2018. 3CX WebMeeting allows to participate in conferences from a regular phone



The new version of 3CX WebMeeting now lets you easily join a conference from a regular phone. To do this, you assign a phone number on your PBX for conference calls. Participants who are out of the office - on the road, at home, or simply don't have a smartphone or PC handy - can join the conference by simply calling this number. For this purpose, 3CX v16 includes a dedicated WebRTC gateway that connects your 3CX PBX and the WebMeeting cloud. When a user calls into a conference but no one else has joined, the call is held on your PBX. As soon as regular users join WebMeeting, the gateway connects you to the conference. Connections are managed by the conference creator via the 3CX web client. In the new version of WebMeeting, the participant and chat windows have become slightly larger. Each participant now has a volume control - very convenient feature during a conference.


2013. 3CX updated its PBX module for hotels



3CX has released an updated version of its software PBX, 3CX Phone System Pro Edition. Among the new edition's key features are advanced call center functionality (missed call monitoring, a user-friendly control panel that displays the number of people in line and call statistics in real time, etc.), automatic phone number to name conversion using Microsoft Exchange integration, the ability to track presence status across multiple offices, and detailed call reporting. The company has also developed the 3CX Hotel Module, which turns 3CX Phone System into a fully-fledged hotel PBX. The module's key functions include: guest check-in and check-out, a wake-up call for guests, status settings for the maid (signaling the need for cleaning), a special minibar function for inventory control and timely replenishment, and integration of invoicing information via CDR or SMDR with most existing hotel billing systems.
