Latvian telecom provider Octopus Telecom has introduced a new tariff for £24 per month, which provides unlimited calls to 16 countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Italy, France, England, Germany, Spain, Israel, the USA and Canada. Other countries can also be called occasionally, but at a per-minute rate. Calls can be made from anywhere in the world – free roaming is available to landlines and mobile numbers. You are provided with a "Virtual Number" and can access it via a mobile app, telephone, and switchboard.
