Lithuanian logistics automation service 4logist has added a new section – Fleet – for managing company’s own fleet. It contains all information about the company's fleet and drivers. A vehicle load calendar and operational data for each vehicle are also available. The new version also features expanded integration with LocTracker transport monitoring system. Now the system automatically receives data on full and empty kilometers and can create route points based on tracker data. This allows to get accurate vehicle movement data without manual calculations. 2025. 4logist has implemented automatic invoice recognition
AI-powered invoice import is now available in 4logist, a service for transport and logistics companies. You can upload complete document package and the system will automatically recognize each invoice, identify the counterparty and link it to a specific expense. Hundreds, sometimes thousands, of invoices are processed monthly in the logistics and forwarding industries. 2020. 4logist now supports sending commercial proposals
Lithuanian CRM for logistics 4logist has added several interesting updates: 1. Sending documents from within the program. You will now be able to send commercial proposals and contracts to the carrier and client directly from the program. 2. More required fields. You can now configure whether fields are required. 3. Default contract. We recently added the ability to attach multiple contracts to a single client card. When creating an order, you can select one of the attached contracts. Those clients who use a single contract for all orders found this update inconvenient. The developers have also added the ability to specify a single contract that will be selected by default for all created orders.
