2018. OtelMS gets new hotel management features



New features have been added to the OtelMS hotel management system: a new AirBnb channel, cash register support (Russian Federation only), new currencies (Thai baht, Turkish lira, Icelandic krona, Macedonian denar), remote user action logging, the property's time zone is used when sending emails from the system, and Channel Manager has expanded functionality for Ostrovok.ru, Expedia.com, and Bronevik.ru. Minor bugs have also been fixed and the overall functionality of the system has been improved. The developers are planning to further expand the functionality in the near future, including customization of properties and categories, as well as the addition of another sales channel - Room.co.


2017. OtelMS now allows to create hotel website



OtelMS, a cloud-based hotel automation system, has added built-in website builder (and service) for creating professional hotel websites. OtelMS offers website synchronization with the booking system, automatic updates of availability and rates, ensuring the sale of all available rooms and online bookings "directly" from the website. It's also possible to accept online payments for reservations through integration with PayPal and Stripe (requires personal account in the payment system). The system's developers also report that they have significantly expanded their presence in Europe, entering the markets of such major countries as Germany, the Czech Republic, Finland, Belgium, Türkiye, Slovakia and many others.


2016. OtelMS is recognized as a Booking.com Preferred Partner



Booking.com, one of the world's leading online booking sites, has awarded the OtelMS system the status of a preferred partner (Preferred IT Provider). With this status, Booking.com recognized high quality and reliability of OtelMS, as well as excellent performance and flexibility of the system, which allows it to keep pace with the innovations and updates of this booking site. OtelMS consists of a PMS system (for managing the room stock, services, rates, payments, which automates most routine tasks and generates reports), channel manager, booking module and specialized website builder for hotels.


2013. OtelMS - new cloud service for small hotels in Eastern Europe



OtelMS is a new hotel management system designed primarily for small and medium-sized hotels. Its creator, a company that manages several hotels itself, found that a ready-made system that met its requirements was unavailable on the market (some were too expensive, while others focused on foreign hotels, not taking into account the realities of the post-Soviet space). Therefore, it developed its own system, distinguished by its affordable price and focus on the post-Soviet market.
