Due to a change in ownership, Armenian telecom operator Viva has updated its website design and branding, including a revamped interface for its Virtual PBX account. The virtual PBX is integrated with leading customer relationship management (CRM) systems, widely used in Armenia and other countries. This suite of information management tools automates, optimizes, and improves the efficiency of business processes, enabling more effective customer relationships based on each client's individual preferences. Corporate phone numbers are connected to the virtual PBX and feature call waiting, voice greetings, and call recording for superior service. Call distribution and missed call tracking ensure feedback, as well as statistics via a web interface and mobile app.


2023. V-Office - virtual PBX from cell operator



V-Office is a virtual PBX service from the Armenian mobile operator Ucom. If your company's offices are distributed across Armenia or in different parts of the same city, and your employees need high-quality telephone service both in and outside the office, then this offer is for you. With V-Office, you can organize corporate landline and/or mobile communications under your company's main numbers, including the corresponding landline and/or mobile phone lines. The cost of the service consists of several components: 250 drams per month for each number, 2000 drams for each line of incoming and outgoing public calls, 3000 drams for the voice menu (IVR), 3000 drams for recording conversations, 50,000 drams for supporting the V-Office service.


2018. Beeline launches virtual PBX in Armenia
