2024. Armenian online photo editor Picsart has been integrated with Getty Images

Picsart, the most successful Armenian startup that develops an online image editor, has integrated with Getty Images, the largest photo bank, to enable marketers to create licensed images using artificial intelligence. Picsart's generative neural network will be trained exclusively on licensed creative content from Getty Images. 2010. SAP enters Armenian market

SAP, the world's largest manufacturer of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, announced its entry into the Armenian market. During a Yerevan business forum celebrating SAP's entry into the Armenian market, Vladislav Martynov, CEO of SAP CIS, and Ishkhan Kazinyan, Deputy CEO of SAP CIS, explained the company's decision by citing the dynamic growth of the IT sector and low labor productivity in the Armenian economy. They explained that SAP always enters a market at its infancy to convey the message of the benefits of business solutions for enterprises and the country as a whole, thereby helping to create that market. SAP doesn't adapt to the growth rate of a specific market; it creates it. Shirak Technologies became SAP's first premium partner in Armenia. Armenia became the sixth CIS country (after Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan) where SAP has decided to expand its business.
