2025. Easyms unveiled new online booking module for hotels



Hotel automation service Easyms has released a new booking module that allows hotels and glamping sites to automate direct sales through their website and social media. The module's features include: displaying a calendar of available dates on the website, accepting online prepayments, selling additional services during booking, setting up discounts, promotions, and package deals, supporting promo codes, advanced sales analytics (average rate, occupancy, revenue per room), detailed revenue reports for each category and individual room, self-check-in (guests self-register before arrival - collecting documents, providing a registration card, and agreeing to the rules), a website booking form, and notifications about new bookings via Telegram.


2018. OtelMS gets new hotel management features



New features have been added to the OtelMS hotel management system: a new AirBnb channel, cash register support (Russian Federation only), new currencies (Thai baht, Turkish lira, Icelandic krona, Macedonian denar), remote user action logging, the property's time zone is used when sending emails from the system, and Channel Manager has expanded functionality for Ostrovok.ru, Expedia.com, and Bronevik.ru. Minor bugs have also been fixed and the overall functionality of the system has been improved. The developers are planning to further expand the functionality in the near future, including customization of properties and categories, as well as the addition of another sales channel - Room.co.


2018. MaxiBooking now allows quickly create hotel website



Hotel automation service MaxiBooking has added the ability to create a hotel website with booking and payment functionality. The website is automatically generated directly from the program. To do this, simply register in the system, enter your hotel details, and add photos. The booking module and payment systems are already integrated into the program. Now clients can book directly by finding the created website in Yandex and Google search engines, and property owners will receive increased profits thanks to savings on booking portal commissions. In their personal account, hotel owners can see all information about reservations coming not only from the website but also from booking portals, and create reservations from clients by phone or email. The solution includes modules such as a full-fledged PMS for room management, a channel manager for synchronizing with booking portals, a booking chart, a booking module, and payment systems. You can use all the program's features or select only the ones you need. The cost of the solution starts from 1260 rubles/month for “all inclusive”.
