2025. XOtelier - Latvian hotel management system



XOtelier is a mobile app (for smartphones and tablets) designed to provide a personalized approach to hotel customer service, improve service quality and receive comprehensive feedback. The application minimizes interactions between guests and hotel staff, while maximizing feedback. You can constantly stay in touch with current and potential hotel guests, making our application an effective and profitable sales channel. With the XOtelier application, you can communicate directly with past and current guests, informing them of special offers and promotions. The application can be installed on tablets in hotel rooms or offered to regular customers as a branded application for your hotel. There is also an application for staff, which allows management and staff to receive and process guest requests directly from the mobile application.


2024. Hotel management software OTA Sync integrated with Stripe



Cloud-based hotel management platform OTA Sync has been integrated with the popular payment service Stripe. Stripe can be used to process payments and transfer funds from a client's bank account to the hotel's account. OTA Sync users can use the Stripe payment platform for invoicing, financial reporting, summary reporting. Payments can be managed via the mobile app.


2019. UCS Latvia replaces Shelter with Ericsoft PMS



UCS Latvia, which previously implemented the Russian Shelter hotel management system, has switched to the Italian Ericsoft. Among the advantages of this system, UCS notes that it is suitable for hotels of any size. Thanks to the business analytics system, you can customize the statistics displayed on the screen to suit your needs. The program has an integrated revenue management module, which allows you to adjust room prices based on hotel occupancy. There are also Channel Manager and Booking System (online booking) modules. This means you can manage all your booking portals (booking.com, expedia, hrs, hotelbeds, etc.). The system supports all invoice payment methods permitted in Latvia. If you received an advance payment from a client or money from the client's card, you only need to enter the amount and payment method into the program. The program has a mechanism for checking invoices and paying them.

2018. OtelMS gets new hotel management features



New features have been added to the OtelMS hotel management system: a new AirBnb channel, cash register support (Russian Federation only), new currencies (Thai baht, Turkish lira, Icelandic krona, Macedonian denar), remote user action logging, the property's time zone is used when sending emails from the system, and Channel Manager has expanded functionality for Ostrovok.ru, Expedia.com, and Bronevik.ru. Minor bugs have also been fixed and the overall functionality of the system has been improved. The developers are planning to further expand the functionality in the near future, including customization of properties and categories, as well as the addition of another sales channel - Room.co.
