2022. Implementation of 1C:Hotel in the hotel chain NEXT



Bakashvili Solutions implemented 1C:Hotel software at the hotel chain NEXT (Batumi). As part of the project, the system was adapted to the specifics of the hotel chain: interfaces and access rights were configured, necessary accounting and management changes were implemented, initial settings for accounting and entering opening balances were completed. Employee training was also conducted, technical support and consultations were provided during the launch phase. Thanks to the implementation of 1C:Hotel, the client received transparent accounting for each hotel in the chain, automation of key hotel processes (booking, accommodation, income and expense accounting), and centralized reporting for the entire chain. This reduced data processing time, increased the accuracy of management information, and improved control over hotel operations.


2021. Shelter PMS implemented at the Golden Palace Hotel (Batumi)



UCS representative office in Georgia implemented hotel management system Shelter at the Golden Palace Hotel-Casino Batumi. The project was implemented using also R Keeper v.7 for restaurant automation and Store House for inventory control. Shelter PMS optimizes booking, check-in, check-out, guest account management, and more. Shelter covers all sectors of the hotel industry, from marketing to laundry. The system integrates the work of all departments—sales, concierge, accounting, and finance—into a single information space, making the business transparent and accountable.

OtelMS consists of a PMS system (for managing the room stock, services, rates, payments, which automates most routine tasks and generates reports), channel manager, booking module and specialized website builder for hotels.
