2025. ModHotel - hotel management system for Azerbaijan



ModHotel is a hotel management software developed by ModHotel Software, leader of the hospitality technology sector in Turkey for 30 years. It is essentially an ERP for a hotel, integrated with an access control system and website. Thanks to integrated modules (front office, accounting, warehouse, restaurant/cafe/POS), you can fully manage your hotel using a single program. All reports support several formats, such as Excel-Word, Outlook, CSV, HTML and PDF. This allows users to create their own reports. AITech, a subsidiary of ModHotel Software, is implementing the system in Azerbaijan. Together, the two companies have also developed an online booking module integrated with payment systems, which can be placed on the hotel website.


2025. Easyms unveiled new online booking module for hotels



Hotel automation service Easyms has released a new booking module that allows hotels and glamping sites to automate direct sales through their website and social media. The module's features include: displaying a calendar of available dates on the website, accepting online prepayments, selling additional services during booking, setting up discounts, promotions, and package deals, supporting promo codes, advanced sales analytics (average rate, occupancy, revenue per room), detailed revenue reports for each category and individual room, self-check-in (guests self-register before arrival - collecting documents, providing a registration card, and agreeing to the rules), a website booking form, and notifications about new bookings via Telegram.


2014. UCS presented Shelter v.2 PMS in Baku



UCS Caspian (UCS representative office in Azerbaijan) participated in the 8th International Exhibition for Hospitality Industry Professionals, HOREX Caucasus Hospitality Fair, held in Baku from April 3-5, 2014. UCS Caspian's stand showcased Shelter v.2 - hotel automation system, which meets the latest requirements and offers a wide range of capabilities. Hotel automation using this program doesn't only ensure efficient operation of the booking and accommodation department, but also successfully manages activities of other departments and reliably monitor business processes within the hotel. Shelter v.2 has a user-friendly and intuitive interface. The program's appearance can be customized independently, including changing the color scheme and using images in locations.

2013. OtelMS - new cloud service for small hotels in Eastern Europe



OtelMS is a new hotel management system designed primarily for small and medium-sized hotels. Its creator, a company that manages several hotels itself, found that a ready-made system that met its requirements was unavailable on the market (some were too expensive, while others focused on foreign hotels, not taking into account the realities of the post-Soviet space). Therefore, it developed its own system, distinguished by its affordable price and focus on the post-Soviet market. OtelMS is an effective cloud-based system that allows hotel management online from any device and from anywhere in the world. The experience of using the system in the own hotels has allowed to make it truly user-friendly and effective.
