2024. National Hotel in Yerevan deployed hotel management system Exely



For a long time, the National Hotel in Yerevan sold rooms on travel platforms without its own website and Channel Manager. Staff struggled to manually open and close room availability, especially during peak season. Exely Armenia developed a new hotel website, implemented a booking system, and implemented a channel manager—all powered by Exely. The hotel has now connected new channels for which it previously lacked the resources. Instead of manually configuring each distribution channel separately, staff now manage a single personal account, and Exely Channel Manager updates information across all connected websites. The new website attracts over 1,000 visitors per month. The conversion rate from website visitors to bookings is 2%, and the conversion rate from booking system visitors to bookings is 5.7%.


2017. OtelMS now allows to create hotel website



OtelMS, a cloud-based hotel automation system, has added built-in website builder (and service) for creating professional hotel websites. OtelMS offers website synchronization with the booking system, automatic updates of availability and rates, ensuring the sale of all available rooms and online bookings "directly" from the website. It's also possible to accept online payments for reservations through integration with PayPal and Stripe (requires personal account in the payment system). The system's developers also report that they have significantly expanded their presence in Europe, entering the markets of such major countries as Germany, the Czech Republic, Finland, Belgium, Türkiye, Slovakia and many others.


2016. Mer Soft unveiled ERP system for hotels



Mer Soft has created an ERP system that combines all hotel management system systems into a single integrated program: the hotel system, the sanatorium and health resort, the holiday home, the buffet, the restaurant, the cafe, trade, CRM and HR Management. The ERP system allows you to control all operations using a single centralized system. The system is dynamic and can respond to changes in pricing policy, work with individual clients, adapt to changes in the hotel structure (during expansion of the complex), and work with travel agencies. The system allows you to receive information on the availability of free rooms; the number of expected arrivals and departures; residents; debts and prepayments; the presence of furniture, equipment ... in the rooms.
