The system allows for the digitization of paper documents and the automation of task-related business processes. The developers claim that the system offers advantages over similar products, including: significant time and budget savings; effective task management; integration with Microsoft Office; reduced administrative costs; automated document scanning; high level of information security; continuous technical support; and flexible system settings.


2017. Softline implemented an electronic document management system based on MS SharePoint at SOCAR Georgia



Softline has implemented electronic document management system at the Georgian office of the oil company SOCAR. The implementation of the WSS Docs electronic document management system (based on Microsoft SharePoint) created a unified information environment supporting the entire document lifecycle, united all company employees in each department, and significantly reduced the material and time costs of document processing and storage. The new, fully functional electronic document management system consolidated all necessary documentation in a single information space, regulated all document-oriented processes, organized efficient document management, implemented automated discipline monitoring tools, increased decision-making speed by minimizing document processing time, and ensured secure, long-term document storage.


2007. DocsVision implemented at the State Chancellery of Georgia

DocsVision has implemented its electronic document management system at the State Chancellery of Georgia. The solution is designed to automate the preparation, coordination, and approval of documentation for meetings in the Chancellery. It enables paperless collaboration during meeting preparation and conduct. As part of the government's meeting management system, the system's architecture and interface were designed, personal workspaces for ministers were organized on the web portal, and key document processing procedures were automated. Interfaces were implemented for Georgian, Russian, and English. Future plans include connecting all ministries to the system. Number of users: approximately 100, 25 concurrent. The project also included customization of the "Document Management" and "Process Management" applications.
