Noventiq has implemented WSS Docs ECM system at Aztikintiyol, an Azerbaijani company operating in the asphalt and crushed stone industry and with 10 geographically distributed branches. WSS Docs was chosen to create a corporate ECM system, allowing for the automation of all basic document management tasks: handling incoming documents (document registration, review, transfer for execution, transfer to the document archive), outgoing documents (generation, approval and approval, organizing the dispatch and transfer to the archive of executed documents), assignments (setting and executing tasks, monitoring execution, receiving and analyzing results) and generating reports and information on the execution of assignments. Thanks to the WSS Docs system, it became possible to display the results and deadlines for contract approval in approval protocols. 2016. VTB Bank Azerbaijan implemented EOS for SharePoint.



VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) has implemented electronic document management system (EDMS) based on EOS for SharePoint. The project lasted approximately three months, with approximately 500 licenses installed. The distinctive feature of the project is that VTB Bank became the first in Azerbaijan to integrate a legally binding electronic signature system into its internal EDMS. The next stages of the project are expected to include automation of contractual document flow, integration with the financial system via a data bus and reporting development, implementation of mobile solution functionality, and the migration of several other business processes to the EOS for SharePoint platform to improve their efficiency.
