CYONE was one of the first companies in the world to receive IBM Domino/Notes accreditation. The accreditation was a testament to IBM's high standards: certified specialists, permission for clients to reference IBM Success Story projects and IBM verification that projects are completed in accordance with IBM guidelines and standards. In 2018 IBM sold Domino/Notes to the Indian company HCL, but CYONE's expertise remained. The company now offers content management and corporate communications systems based on the HCL Domino and Notes platform in Latvia. The system offers an integrated workflow management engine and supports applications that help streamline paper-based or spreadsheet-based processes that require a high level of regulatory compliance.
