Georgian BasisBank has implemented a cash management system for its ATMs. The software solution Cash Management.iQ helps reduce ATM network costs by monitoring cash levels and reducing the number of cash collection trips. The system helps the bank simplify cash management, optimally planning and distributing cash at self-service terminals. Currently, approximately 70 devices are connected to the system. BS/2 Georgia provides the bank with cash monitoring tools using a SaaS model. This model guarantees access to world-class cash supply chain optimization technology even for small financial institutions, as it minimizes initial investment and helps create a transparent amortization schedule for the solution.


2020. Bank of Georgia automated its internal service on the Creatio platform



Bank of Georgia, one of the largest and most innovative commercial banks in Georgia, built a Service Desk on the Creatio platform to automate its internal service. In the first year after implementation, the number of processed requests increased by 127%, and the bank's team now processes approximately 1,000 requests daily. Service Desk Creatio's target users included various departments of the bank, including support, development, customer service, and IT security. The project included integrating Creatio with the bank's internal tools, setting up an end-to-end request processing process, launching a self-service portal, and much more. The implementation was carried out by a joint team of the client and Sales'Up, a partner of Terrasoft Ukraine.


2016. Halyk Bank Georgia is implementing a remote banking system based on Asseco Group's solution



Halyk Bank Georgia (Tbilisi) has launched a project to create a remote banking system for individuals and legal entities based on a unified omnichannel platform from Asseco Group, which includes an online client and mobile banking for individuals (DEF3000/CBP) and an online banking system for legal entities (DEF3000/CEB). In addition to standard information and payment services, clients will now have access to credit and other application submissions, card product management, and automated payment services for utilities, taxes, and fines based on invoices issued by the relevant organizations. These modern remote banking channels are expected to enable the bank to reach a qualitatively new level of business, expand its client base, and strengthen its position among players in the Georgian financial market.
